Overview
This course will suit someone who wants to develop a range of essential skills for Higher Education and the worlds of work through content which is relevant to any citizen of the planet in the 21st century.
Details
Through exciting topics learners understand the nature of physical and human geography whilst unpicking the debates surrounding contemporary challenges facing the world today. You need to have a passion for developing your communication and teamwork skills, as you will often work on group projects. You will also develop your research and analysis skills including IT and fieldwork, which means you will be able to collect and look for patterns in data.
Entry requirements
5 grade 4s (or equivalent), plus at least grade 4 in English Language or Literature. Grade 4 or above in Geography. All students will be expected to resit GCSE Mathematics and/or English Language if they have not achieved at least grade 4
