Overview
This course is supported by Swissport at Birmingham Airport. It covers the relevant roles, disciplines and skills to meet the needs of candidates who want to work in a variety of roles in the aviation industry. Successful applicants will be offered the opportunity to attend an interview with Swissport at the end of their course.

Entry requirements
Entry requirements are 4 GCSE at Grade D/3 or above or a relevant Level 1 qualification. Applicants should be aged 18 or above and hold a full driving licence on completion of the course, should be committed and enthusiastic, and will be interviewed for suitability to the programme and the prospective role of Swissport Customer Service Agent at Birmingham Airport.
