3 GCSE’s at Grade D/3 or above OR Level 1 Professional Cookery and Entry 3 Functional Skills
This course equips learners to progress onto a higher level course or apprenticeship in Professional Cookery. Students may also wish to progress onto employment within commercial or industrial catering units, or other posts within the food service industry.
