Overview
BMC has a rich heritage as a leading provider of agricultural courses in the East Midlands. For generations, students have gained excellent experience on our 850 acre Brooksby estate, getting hands-on training in every aspect of farming.

The vocational delivery of our courses enables you to get the very best out of your time at BMC. You will leave us ‘work ready’, having developed a great-skill set in arable agriculture and livestock, by learning the theory in practice, with real crops and real animals.
Our courses cover a range of specialist areas such as livestock breeding and nutrition, managing environments, crop production and land management. There is also an opportunity to develop your understanding of plant and soil science, and to learn business management within the land-based industries.

4 GCSEs at Grade D/3 or above including English, or Level 1 Agriculture and Entry 3 Functional Skills
Your next steps...
Upon successful completion of this Level 2 course, students may progress onto a Level 3 land-based course. Alternatively, students may wish to progress onto an apprenticeship or into employment within the industry.
