Overview
Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Team Leading To obtain a full level 2, candidates must gain 17 credits. 10 of these must come from the three mandatory units, 5 from the group two optional units and 2 from the group three optional units.There are 3 mandatory units• Manage personal development• Develop working relationships with colleagues• Communicate information and knowledgeGroup two optional units • Set objectives and provide support for team members• Plan, allocate and monitor work of a teamGroup three optional units• Understand how to manage equality of opportunity, diversity and inclusion in own area of responsibility• Support team members in identifying, developing and implementing new ideas• Manage conflict in a team• Lead and manage meetings• Participate in meetings• Make effective decisions• Manage knowledge in own area of responsibility• Procure suppliesTechnical CertificateThis part of your Apprenticeship ensures that you can provide evidence of underpinning knowledge towards the achievement of the Team Leading qualification. This includes Managing Yourself and Providing Direction and Team Leading Responsibilities.
