Details

You will be taught using a variety of methods including group work, individual work, written projects, independent research and independent learning.

How will it be delivered?

Paper 1: Markets and market failure. 2 hour written exam

Paper 2: National and international economy. 2 hour written exam

Paper 3: Economic principles and issues. 2 hour written exam


Entry requirements

GCSE Maths grade 5 and a grade 4 in English

You could take a degree or apprenticeship in economics itself or a related area such as management, business, finance, accountancy and marketing. This A level can help you onto other courses too such as Law or Business with a modern foreign language. Your options are wide open with regard to a career.
