This course is designed to introduce student to the exciting opportunities in the Hospitality and Catering Industry.
City and Guilds Entry Level 3 in Introduction to Hospitality including Basic Cooking: Basic Food Preparation:
Customer Service: Healthy Eating: Serving Food and Drink:
Using Kitchen Equipment and Functional skills at an appropriate level.
There are no formal entry requirements but you will need to have an interest in the course and be willing to comply with health, safety and hygiene regulations. You will be asked to come in for an interview.

On successful completion of this course you could progress onto a Level 1 NVQ Certificate in Professional Catering.
